We are locatated on Lakeshore one traffic light East of Royal York and three traffic lights west of Park Lawn. If you take the Subway, get off at the Royal York Station and Take Bus No 76 to Lakeshore and Mimico. Or take the Street Car from downtown Toronto. You could also take the Go Train (Lakeshore line) and get off at Mimico.
